Hello folks! Thank you for stopping by and checking out my new book, "Secrets of the P39 Airacobra Fighter Plane World War II", about accolades given to Lawrence Dale "Larry" Bell for the design and manufacture of the Airacobra for the United Kingdom to fight the Luftwaffe of Germany and assist in winning World War II. These accolades were presented secretly to Lawrence Bell in 1942 and 1945 and held in a secure vault for 80 years. They are in an Estate and still in a vault and only shown in canvas photos, as presented to the public. I am pleased with the gifts presented for Bell's work in World War II and a beautiful honor given to him in these gifts. It is a piece of history never known and I have written about this existence and wanted to share with the public.
I look forward to continuing to share this part of Aviation History, World War II History never known and want you to enjoy reading and sharing this beautiful gesture of appreciation to Lawrence for his work during the War. My husband has dedicated 12 years of research to this endeavor to bring these gifts to the forefront and I continued to write the book to show how King George VI and Queen Elizabeth wanted our two countries to be friends, which they have become. Research still continues and we are proud that our President of the United States received a copy of the book, and sent us a beautiful Thank you letter received recently. My husband and I are very proud of the book and want the readers to enjoy it.
